Update on 2020 Vision Plan: Creating the Future (NYLA Program)

The following individual discussed initiatives they are involved in that tie-in with the various recommendations of the 2020 Vision Plan:

• Jim Belair ( Monroe 2 – Orleans BOCES School Library System)- Five school library systems in the Rochester area collaborate to bring high quality services to their members. (Recommendations 36 & 39)
• Claudia Depkin (Haverstraw Kings Daughters Public Library) – LOVE – Library Outreach Visits Everyone! (Recommendation 27)
• Deirdre Joyce (Central NY Library Resources Council) – The Historic Archival Records and Manuscripts of New York (HARMONY) Project (Recommendations 10, 24, 30, 34 & 36)
• Kerri Willette (METRO) – New York State’s participation in the Digital Public Library of America (Recommendation 16)
